Black Iron Advisers (“BIA”) provides investment banking expertise to the underserved FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (“ISP”) market. BIA specializes in sell-side and buy-side engagements of ISPs and other delivery route franchises nationwide.
Unlike other providers, BIA exclusively represents our clients. We refuse to take lender kickbacks or closure incentives. As one of the few FINRA licensed investment banks serving the delivery route market, BIA can provide a level of service and flexibility business brokers cannot match.
